Performs duties typically associated with CEO, dedicating particular emphasis in areas of finance, business development and overseeing of all estimating. Mike also performs the duties associated with the major loss consulting projects, umpire services and expert witness testimonies.

Lisa O'Connell
Controller - Joined TGC in 1989 as the Accounting Manager. Lisa now handles all financial accounting and reporting responsibilities of the company as well as tax compliance matters. In addition to her Controller responsibilities, Lisa serves as the executive assistant to the president of the company which includes oversight of budgeting and planning as well as acting liaison with the Company’s independent CPA firm, bankers, and bonding / insurance company.

Tim Barnes
Vice President of Construction Services - Texas A&M University, College Station, TX 1992, BBA Construction Science. Joined TGC in 1995 and performs duties of major commercial and residential estimating and senior project manager. Tim is IICRC Certified, Lead-Safe Certified and holds a State of Texas Mold Remediation License.

Edgar Erwin
Senior Project Manager - With over fourteen years’ experience with a major homebuilder, Edgar is responsible for planning, procurement and directing the field operations for residential and commercial projects. Edgar also served five years with a nationwide restoration company as their emergency response and mitigation manager for restoration and emergency services interfacing with the insureds. He carries OSHA and IICRC certifications.

Bryan Harris
Senior Project Manager - Bryan joined TGC after a record of success overseeing all phases of construction, infrastructure, and roofing projects. With extensive estimating and insurance negotiating skills, Bryan manages both residential and commercial projects from start to finish and insures the highest quality standards. Bryan also proudly served 9 years in the United States Marine Corp.

Nancy Donnelly
Project Administrator - Performs duties of contract and job file specific administration, and client liaison to project managers. Nancy joined TGC in 2005.

Sherri Endsley
Administrative Assistant - Joined TGC in 2007 as assistant to the Controller with primary duties of Accounts payable and data entry. Sherri handles executive correspondence, communication and most incoming telephone lines.
