A local business in Houston had a water heater fail in the attic space. The water heater failed during the night and surprised the tenant with a flooded workspace which he had occupied for the past 25 years. 

TGC responded immediately and was able to begin the mitigation and dry out process the same day. The 10,000+ square foot damaged area included offices, laboratory spaces with heavy and precise equipment, common areas, and bathrooms. 

TGC was able to coordinate the required systematic packing out of the affected areas to perform the reconstruction. The work included replacement of drywall, flooring, millwork, drop ceiling, and painting. TGC was able to perform the construction while the tenant continued with operating their business.
