Junior College - Houston, TX

During the freeze of 2021 a junior college campus located in north Houston had a chiller line burst flooding approximately 15,000+ square feet of area including 20 offices, 15 classrooms and an automobile workshop. 

TGC was able to perform the Phase 1 stabilization of the affected area while classes continued in unaffected area of the building. 

A 2’ flood cut was performed on all of the affected areas. All of the carpet and damaged VCT tile was replaced, and all rooms painted. TGC was able to meet the aggressive schedule that was set in order to have the offices, classrooms and workshop ready prior to the summer school schedule.
