Residential Home – Galveston, TX

A luxury bay house located on Galveston Island was struck by lightning starting an electrical fire. TGC was notified of the fire and was able to respond immediately. The fire and smoke filled the house, requiring a full content pack out. The house is built on stilts and had significant framing damage extending all three stories. Major temporary supports were required to remove and replace the framing. Due to the smoke damage, the house was a complete internal remodel including new floors, windows, cabinets, electrical, Audio/Visual, HVAC, ceilings, and walls.
